To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyber Health Check and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
